We’ve added collaboration to projects on BOLT! We understand that machine learning initiatives are often a team effort, and previously only the original creator of a project could visually inspect annotations in real time, evaluate the quality of work, and export annotation data. So, we’re excited to announce that you can now share your labeling projects and collaborate with the rest of your team.

Set up projects and monitor quality as a team

All collaborators on a project will have access to check on the progress and quality of the annotations made in real time through the View Tasks page. Collaborators will also gain access to our Quality Evaluation tools, where they can audit a sample of completed tasks to gather more insights about the project.

Collaborators on your project also have access to:

• Upload new images
• Make changes to labels and instructions
• Start or pause the project
• View and export annotation data
• Add and remove other collaborators

Adding collaborators to your project

To add a collaborator to your project, click the “Share” button on the top right of your screen.
